Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers A 30% non-refundable deposit of the total cost of the reservation will be charged to your credit card on completion of booking. Reservations may be cancelled by 12 noon 5 days prior to arrival without any further charge being incurred. Any cancellations made after this time are subject to 100% fixed cancellation charge of remaining balance paid as compensation for loss suffered. This will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking. You must be over 16 years of age to use the Thermal Village. Users aged 16 & 17 must be accompanied by an Adult at all times while using the Thermal Village, including while having a treatment.
